Bank of Korea keeps 2014 growth outlook at 3.8 pct

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- South Korea's economy will grow at its fastest pace in four years in 2014 as the U.S. expands and Europe's slump eases, the central bank chief said Thursday.
